I'M JUST GETTING STARTED (BATCH OF MY FAMOUS COLLARD GREENS)

When it comes to my collard greens recipe, either you make a big batch (with plenty to share) or don't bother at all.  I've already started the flavoring broth with chicken stock and boullion, chopped garlic, two ham hocks, diced turnips and will later add flaked red pepper.

And then I'll soon add 3 bunches of collard greens + 1 bunch of turnip greens as well for a change.  I don't get to make my famous collard greens often and mostly holidays but when I do take the time, it's more or less several meals for me and anyone else I distribute some to.  I'm Southern, so I love making my rounds and delivering something I just baked or cooked to my local friends and associates! LOL

It's about time to add the final ingredients and just let it do its' slow-cooking thing overnight.  There's collard greens and then there's collard greens done the RIGHT way AKA mine ;)

SO *WHICH* SPECIAL EDUCATION CLASSROOM DID *THIS* "MUSICAL GROUP" ESCAPE FROM, ANYWAY?

I'LL HAVE TO ONCE AGAIN WORK ON MY SITH SCOWL FOR 10/31.....SHOULDN'T BE DIFFICULT!

I'm going to keep it simple for my Halloween costume this year, little to no makeup, and since I idolize Palpatine/Sidious in Episode I, that's exactly what I'm gonna do - all I have to do is look caucasian.  LMAO and about 30 years older!  Palpatine was a younger guy when he met Hego Damask/Plagueis!  And I'm equally as defiant as young adult Palpatine clearly was in the Darth Plagueis novel, if not twice as hard to handle.

I already have the red FX light saber.  I'd just have to get myself pissed off a few times before the street party, if I decide to go this year.  Better to be out terrorizing these dummies in Sith Lord form than doing nothing at all.

Ordered this Sith Robe/hoodie, which is supposed to arrive on Thursday-ish.  At least it doesn't look as 40+ pounds heavy that my 2000 Maleficent costume was and was never again.

This mix was fun to throw together and the song transitions came to me quite easily and I think pretty damn passable for something with zero preparation LOL ;)

WASTED AND CUDDLING WITH MINNIE + BABY MINNIE PIX

Well, more "stoned" at the moment than "wasted".  Plus I had a hard time getting comfortable with my little bowling ball in a couple of the pictures.

It was like only yesterday in spring of 2004 that I'd checked out a free litter of kittens, and the runt of the litter who happened to be snoozing the entire time kissed my hand and face when I picked her up to inspect her cute little oversized bunny ears.  "OK, you're sweet - Welcome to the family!".  Since bringing her home, Minnie has insisted on sleeping beside me, power nap or bedtime.  I never sleep alone.

When I relocate, I will bring Minnie with me because if I left her behind, I know pets can literally die of a broken heart.  And that would happen with the kitty who looks at me, Scott Sidious, as the best thing since sliced bread.  I took care of her as a tiny 5 week old baby and she's repaid me by keeping me under Minnie surveillance since.  Gotta love my Minnie Bunny!
