According to JTA among other Star Wars collecting websites, Wave 3 of the 3 3/4 The Black Series figures has arrived at least at a Wal-Mart location in the USA already - not personally sure of any other reports other than the first one.

Overseas fans had already gotten their wave 3 at least a couple weeks ago - we'd just gotten wave 2 towards the end of December for the majority of the USA and those who ordered whichever ones they wanted via Amazon.
Like the Darth Plagueis book, the highly-anticipated and first-ever Sith Lord Master of Darth Sidious arrives in wave 3 as well, likely to be picked through by the scalpers - so either order yours from Amazon or be REALLY on the ball if you expect to find him in retail stores in this early stage of Wave 3 arriving in the USA.
And don't be paying scalper prices to any fat ol' idiot like that one I know of from Elizabethtown, KY - who I'd REALLY love to scalp, personally. Like a Native American do. Just a little personal grudge, the KISS action figure hogging prick of no less than a ton! Fuck him, I hope his shity baseball card business went under, g'bye!! LOL ;)
