I knew the original arcade and NES original Kid Niki: Radical Ninja game had a cult following, myself included, but had no idea so many sequels and spinoffs have been made over the years - pretty much all Japanese/non-USA releases.
The "Let's Compare" series shows every version ever made of a particular game on every home console, including "Mr. Do!", "Burgertime", "Q*Bert" and other classics that were ported on many platforms in the 80's-90's.
I still prefer the original arcade version - the side scrolling is much smoother than the NES version's but both are worth playing. I also have the Famicom rom of Kid Niki, in which the blue/red guys' eyes are slanted instead of dotted LOL, and Niki's hair is a little different, like a punk cut.
