I hadn't checked out anything by 90's dance diva Kristine W since her 1996ish debut album featuring a couple hit singles I remember clubbing to: "One More Try" and "Land Of The Living" to name a couple. At this cool CD store in Dallas which is known to sometimes carry a few out of print and hard to find gems (like two rare CD's by The Party I'd found there) and noticed a 2003 2-CD set called Stronger by Kristine W. The first disc is the album itself - and CD 2 is a nonstop mix of a few remixed versions of cuts from the first disc. A lot similar to what I try to replicate and was done on at least two mid 70's disco LP's by Carol Douglas and Donna Summer.
I was pleasantly surprised, for a dance album from the 2000's - but doesn't sound too far away from how her music was like in the 90's. Kristine had been recovering I think from breast cancer, and this was supposed to be her comeback album. And she's likely still touring the club circuit today.
These are the first 3 cuts from Disc 2, mixed together as they appear:
KRISTINE W. "STRONGER" REMIX TRILOGY
"FLY AGAIN"
"SAVE MY SOUL"
"LETTING GO"
