But Mega Man was originally Rock Man, his named taken from "Rock and Roll" and one of the main features of MM games were the soundtracks for each one - each Dr. Wily robot's unique stage also had a unique tune. Some of them so popular, they've been covered by Japanese rock bands as instrumentals!
Mega Man X5 was originally released on the Playstation 1 that I know of, and later included in the Mega Man X Collection for PS2 (including the first six MMX games plus an unlockable PS1 MM racing game!). Honestly, MMX5 is one I haven't played much of yet, but will get around to it eventually! I'm still trying to master Mega Man 8 for PS1!
