DONKEY KONG [1982] FOR COLECOVISION GAMEPLAY

At least Coleco wasn't deceptive about their port of Donkey Kong in the instruction manual and let you know up-front that they got the ramps, Pauline's captive standing position (facing left instead of right) and Donkey Kong's goal area is all totally ass-backwards from the original arcade game's level layouts by Nintendo.

Atari 2600 made a terrible version of DK with one level less than Colecovision's three (the arcade original included four levels all together), but what little was included on the 2600 were designed with the original's layout in mind.  Of course the Atari 7800 not long after buried both the 2600 and Colecovision's DK ports combined.
