Speaking of rhubarb, it should be back in season pretty soon, if not already in some states. We normally get it in produce sections around April-May.
I didn't freeze any last summer, didn't have any reserved to use during fall/winter and will probably check this weekend and hunt for some - as much as I hate the fuckin' place, Whole Foods is usually the first place locally to have rhubarb in stock.
