ALREADY BEGINNING A NEW BATCH OF ITALIAN BRUSCHETTA

This time around I'm adding artichoke hearts and red pepper.  It'll be finished and ready to jar on Monday-ish.




I also made a pot roast in the new and much bigger crock pot:
