*ANOTHER* SWEDISH CHEF MOMENT: STRAWBERRY/RHUBARB/POMEGRANATE PIE

Thawed some of my rhubarb frozen stash, sliced some fresh strawberries and murdered another pomegranate for some seeds (you know, antioxidants or whatever hippie BS there is to it).

It's in the oven - no fires or explosions so far!

Spring better hurry up and get its' ass here, I'm down to like SIX bags of frozen rhubarb to last until then!






Thanks to THIS crazy old Iowa bitch, every time I think of one of my favorite things to bake with, all I can remember the most about it now is 

"OH I ASSSKED BEEYITCH!!  IN THREE FUCKING PLACES!!!  THEY DON'T ANSWER THEIR FUCKING DOORS!!!" from now on!

NOT that all the above is beyond MY vocabulary!
