KIMCHI AKA KIM CHEE BATCH #2 IN THE WORKS

With the Kimchi base I used last time, it turned out allright!  There's other kimchi recipes I'll give a try but my 2nd try I want to use the same recipe as I did the last time.

I'd also taken step by step pictures of the Cajun hot pickles recipe I just recently finished and will have that posted soon!  

Before Tom Thumb closed at 1AM, I made a last-second run to pick up some huge Ziplock bags to make it with this time, instead of several smaller bags.  I'm only at the first step at the moment, soaking napa cabbage in salted ice water.
