My fix for the first-time-ever removable Luminara headpiece (The Black Series, December 2013).
Simple - use a blade to cut a tiny bit of poster putty (I'm using blue), and I used the end of a paintbrush to press the putty down into Luminara's headpiece, fitting it on so the putty can't be seen underneath.
This shouldn't be harmful to the paint on your figure, as poster putty comes off like chewing gum but much easier than that LOL
Problem solved, but it should have been soft goods in the first place.
