I'd mentioned David Holsinger's over-used piece "On An American Spiritual" in my recent scrapbooking post, and knew I had a recording of it in at least one format. THIS one was the final time I'd ever performed it (out of four total times used in marching/concert bands in just two years!). Here, I was the only alto clarinet player (with my specializing in the obscure instruments ass), as I was at the Honor's Band/Holsinger event in 1994.
