SUPER NES GAMEPLAY: MIGHTY MORPHIN' POWER RANGERS - THE MOVIE [1995]/LEVEL 1 BOSS: MIRROR MANIAC

The ONLY thing in common with the Super NES (as well as the totally different Sega Genesis version) MMPR - The Movie game and the film itself is the "featuring Ivan Ooze" part.  The Genesis version does include boss battles with the two enormous Ecto-Morphicon's Ooze brought to life in the movie, and the final boss battle being with Ivan Ooze.  That's it.  Doesn't follow the storyline - the boss battles are all older Lord Zedd and Rita Repulsa monsters from the show (Cannon Top, Magnet Brain, etc.).

Being so long since I've played this game, I was kinda worried I wouldn't even make it to the first boss battle without a "Game Over!".  It's much more difficult than the original MMPR game for Super NES because each life only takes five-ish hits from the ubiquitous Putty Patrol (a ripoff of TMNT's Foot Patrol, obviously) and life bar power-up's are rare.

I do like how well the graphics show all six Ranger's images clearly on the player select screen - Adam, Aaisha, Tommy, Rocky, Kimberly and Billy.  Pretty good for a 1995 game by BanDai.
