BUBBLE BOBBLE: ARCADE/PS2 GAMING [1986]

Bubble Bobble was an instant classic in the late 80's on the NES and arcade coin-op's and had a couple sequels and spinoff's like Puzzle Bobble.  You play as two cute dinosaurs, Bub and Bob (more fun as a 2 player game), trapping enemies in bubbles and popping them to clear them from the screen.  All the while pigging out.

Take too long finishing a screen, and you'll get a "warning" siren, followed by the appearance of the invincible Baron Von Blubba - the red-eyed albino skeleton-beluga whale thingie.  He'll stalk you like a homing missile and you're pretty much fucked if he's after you.

This version of Bubble Bobble is from Taito Legends 2 for the PS2, a port of the original coin-op arcade game.
