Totally inaccurate - it was Commander Gree who was GOING to blast Yoda before being beheaded along with another Clone. From what I've read, it was Faie who blasted Luminara along with other Clones. In the animatic from the blu ray set, she was gunned down on the Kashyyyk beach in plain sight of Yoda.
