An episode of Blood, Lies & Alibi's of the Corll/Henley/Brooks early 70's case. The police in 'The Heights' were obviously the polar opposite of "vigilant".
I know very well this worthless kind of "police work", a woman I know from Kentucky has been missing since 1991 and it was barely, if ever, investigated in the first place! Donuts are more important. And with those cops I speak of, stalking and harassing people, fooling around with kiddies in secluded area's - that's what's important, and what they're paid to do. Just wipe their lard asses out and replace them with competent police.
On with the show.....

Still looking forward to the docu-movie In A Madman's World, which is due this year:
Some personal effects of exhumed victims that hadn't been identified. One has finally gotten a name, but one of the earliest victims, if not the first AKA "swimming trunks boy", still hasn't been named, I don't believe. The polaroid of the terrified boy, discovered in Henley's old belongings while researching In A Madman's World, still hasn't been identified.
