LATE NIGHT BAKING: RHUBARB/LINGONBERRY

I had a couple canned biscuits left to either use before they dried up or just throw away, so I made this to go with coffee tomorrow or Monday: rhubarb with lingonberry preserves.  You might not be familiar with lingonberry but if you've ever ordered the Swedish pancakes at IHOP, that's the garnish they use with those.  And you can't normally find them at any grocery but find jars all the time at Marshall's and TJ Maxx (among other weirder preserves).
