KIM CHEE/KIMCHI PART II

Main ingredients for the kim chee, other than the base and spices - (wilted) napa cabbage, a couple garlic cloves., 1/2 white onion and I used about 7-8 green onions/scallions.  

As of yesterday, it needs to sit undisturbed and unopened, in a cool dry place for four days (Sunday the earliest).  No refrigeration until you're ready to serve, then refrigerate afterwards.
