Several disco hit singles were re-recorded and covered in the 90's, like Robin S covering Phyllis Hyman's "You Know How To Love Me", and Gloria Estefan covering at least three. My favorite of the bunch is Michelle Valentine's spot-on cover in 1996 of Teena Marie's "I Need Your Lovin" from 1979.
